This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you use this website. We keep it deliberately short, because this site collects very little.

Who we are

What we collect, and when

This website has no database and no account system. Nothing you type is stored on this site or sent to a server we control.

• Booking form and contact form. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered already written into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. At that point we receive what you chose to send: usually your name, e-mail, phone number, tour date, hotel and room, number of guests, nationality and currency.
• Your browser preferences. Your chosen language and light/dark theme are saved in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device and we cannot read them.

Why we need it, and how long we keep it

We use the details you send to confirm availability, quote the price, arrange hotel pickup and run the trip safely. Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp and e-mail history for as long as needed for bookkeeping and in case of a later enquiry, and we delete them on request.

Who else is involved

• WhatsApp (Meta). Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp and are covered by their own privacy policy.
• Google Maps. The map on our page is embedded from Google, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies when the map loads.
• Vercel. This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and reliability.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics. The only browser storage we use is the language and theme preference described above. The embedded Google map may set cookies of its own.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ahmedyounis838@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, these rights come from the GDPR and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

Bookings are made by adults. We only receive information about children (ages, for safety equipment) because the adult booking the trip provides it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
